Reading the same blogs in less time

So I lied the other day. I was planning to read less technology blogs, but never deleted my subscriptions. I guess I still felt too attached to them. Today I scanned through nearly a thousand posts in record time. It might very well be that I missed some interesting items because of this speed, but it certainly was more productive.

From now on, I will continously try to optimize my personal utility by optimally spreading my time over different activities. I’ll also try to look for new opportunities to enhance my total utility by undertaking new activities which have higher marginal utility at their starting point than one or more of my current activities.
